Southern Policy and Practice Network

The Southern Education Foundation (SEF)’s Southern Policy & Practice Network (SP&PN) is designed to enhance advocates’ organizational communications infrastructure, while leveraging data and research to support networking, knowledge sharing, and ultimately coordinated action. SP&PN aligns their work across the states of Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas to create shared support in addressing the most urgent matters facing students with regard to creating increased equity in public education.

Latin American Association

On May 18, 2019, The Latin American Association will host the 4th Annual Latina America conference. This is a one-of-a-kind experience drawing over a 1,000 attendees from across metro Atlanta and surrounding areas for an experience designed to inspire, empower and equip attendees with the tools they need to become a change agent in their own lives, their households and their communities. Motivational speakers and workshops lead by Latina thought leaders, trailblazers and professionals provide insight and offer poignant, relevant and impactful discussion on prominent topics affecting Latinas. In addition, the conference will offer a a job fair and Expo that will feature more than 100 exhibitors providing services and resources to empower Latinas to achieve their dreams.
